How do I reschedule my delivery?

To reschedule your delivery:

  1. Go to your account page by logging in.
  2. Click on “Reschedule” button.
  3. Select the date you wish for your next shipment to be dispatched. You will see on the right the estimated arrival date for your next shipment.

How do I get more than one Daily Essentials Set in my subscription?

Glad you like our products! Simply add the product and the quantity you'd like to add while logged in. You will see a pop-up, confirming the details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Sorry to hear that! Simply click on the “Cancel” button from your account page. No special phone numbers, no hidden buttons.

How can I place a one-time order?

Our products available only by subscription. However, you can simply cancel your subscription from your account page after placing an order. This will retain a single order and cancel any subsequent recurring orders.

When will I be charged for my subscription?

Your payment method will be charged immediately when you place your first order and then every month after that when your refill is processed. We will send you an email to remind you before your next order processes. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order anytime from your account page.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Which of your products are TSA friendly?

All our products are TSA friendly as long as they are placed together in a 1-quart sized resealable bag in your carry-on baggage.

Are your products available by subscription only?

Yes - so you don’t have to take time out of your busy day for your grooming needs.

Are ELEMENTARY products available for purchase at any retail locations?

Currently, our products are only available online.

Do you have a mobile app?

No. However, our site is fully mobile optimized.

Do you test on animals?

No. We do not do any testing on animals.

What is your return policy?

Should you not be as obsessed as we are with our products for any reason, just let us know and we will refund your first order in full. No returns necessary!
Keep in mind, it may take a few days for your skin to adjust to a new routine depending on your skin type.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days from the time of your order, and can take about 5-7 business days to arrive.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order by visiting your account page.
